Bacically, this is a paper airplane. To make it, first you remove the top of the can. Then the bottom. Then cut the side and carefully bend it flat by curving it gently against the edge of a table. Fold it like you would a paper airplane.
Then you make the base. With a separate can, slice most of the sides and scissor off the top. Then remove all but one of the remaining panels, making sure you've got a nice big section to fold into the tail piece.
Tape it all together, or fasten it with staples using your centerfinder wheel. I prefer to use a single pushpin to hold the bottom to the base so I can tilt the plane to change its pitch angle.
